Our Story
Larry & Carla Goff
Larry and Carla Goff are the co-founders of Blazing Hearts International, a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2021. This ministry was birthed through Carla “Fire Starter” Goff after a powerful encounter with the Lord, igniting a mission to set cities and regions ablaze with the fire of God’s glory.
Both Larry and Carla have been immersed in ministry since their union in 2006, serving as living testimonies of God’s redemption. Larry, a former alcoholic, was radically set free in 2005 and has since dedicated his life to preaching the Gospel. He has served under Benny Hinn and Norvel Hayes Ministries and is a graduate of Norvel Hayes Bible College.
Carla Goff was delivered from a past of abuse and sexual addiction, experiencing the transforming power of God’s grace. She has served with Kenneth Copeland Ministries, Mike Barber Ministries, and Norvel Hayes Ministries. Carla is a graduate of Embracing His Grace Bible College in Fort Worth, Texas.
Currently, they are licensed ministers under the River Ministers Association in Tampa Bay, FL. With a deep passion to see lives radically transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit, Larry and Carla have committed their lives to preaching the Gospel to the ends of the earth, sharing the same life-changing salvation they themselves have experienced.

Early childhood abuse set Carla Goff on a destructive path that would last into adulthood. She could not see it at the time, but God had a plan for her life all along. It was only at counseling, several years later, where the word regret actually came out – not only did it come out, but I realized that regret was the core of who I was. I had believed every lie of the enemy and had sat down defeated. I truly believed that I had definitely missed any calling I might have had. But I was wrong – wrong about all of it. If you will come to God with your brokenness, He can repair you and make you brand new. One night, she surrendered all to Christ and wept with brokenness, humility—and joy. The tears that burn so hot are also the tears that heal and sear shut regret’s poisonous influence. Forgiveness is key—accepting God’s forgiveness, asking forgiveness of others, and forgiving oneself, which is sometimes the most difficult undertaking of all. God has created you with a divine purpose! LOOK UP and see the face of your King. I promise you that if you will turn to God, He will give you a new heart from your stony one.
